Making a purchase

Prices quoted by Sash & Co are strictly net. All payments for products made through this website will be procured through PAYPAL. All authority for payments must be made/given at the time of confirming the relevant order. No payment shall be deemed to have been received by us until funds are cleared.  

Upon receipt of your order and payment we shall contact you on the provided email address to confirm your order has been received. We will then prepare your order for dispatch. Acceptance of your order is deemed to take place upon dispatch at which point the contact between the vendor and the purchaser is established.

All prices are in GBP and if you purchase from outside the UK you should be aware that any purchase is subject to fluctuations on exchange rates.

Postage and packing
Standard rates of postage are provided with product listings.


Goods will, in the absence of specified notification and/or at your request, normally be dispatched within five working days. Please allow up to a further three days for delivery. All goods ordered within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery (if express delivery is requested). All orders outside the UK shall be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail.
